There is a close similarity between USAT and Connect America, the company that FTEL was sleeping with. Then, AT&T named FTEL as a defendant because 800 numbers were fraudently acquired from AT&T, failure to pay for them, and resold them to FNET ISP on a Flat Rate Basis You stated that-"Trendmark was marketing USAT's flat rate service. Trendmark distributor's did something concening the marketing of USAT's flat rate service that USAT's management (and the SEC) did not agree with."(Mark Garner) The punitive damages last time was $7.4 million dollars and FTEL settled out of court for $????? Ftel has always been over anxious to develop press releases with a lack of detail and we have been unable to verify negative news until it hits us from another source, usually when investors have bought in at high prices and left with depleted cash and hardships because you and others have made them believe that this company is the greatest thing since rubber baby bumpers. To be fair to all, you need to let both sides be heard without threats and name calling in an attempt to over sell this company. I didn't think that you were capable of name calling, Mark. Santiago
