>>>A 3 year audit is a Nasdaq requirement, for a new listing ... <<<

Dougie, I'm still waiting for the proof. Btw, when BII hits Nasdaq, I don't think it will be a new listing? what do you think?

Doug, although I don't feel like getting into a huge discussion about this, I would like to know why you have the opinion that you do. Do you feel all internets are overpriced or just BII? Is the sentiment the market is showing for internets something we should avoid? Should we not go with the flow and make some money? Is the Cash Burn rate not apparent in almost all internet stocks. You can answer by PM if you want, and I honestly don't mean any malice towards you but would like to comprehend your position.

These ups and downs on BII present opportunities to investors. Hopefully, not too many get stuck at higher prices, but this stock has been lucrative for many people. I for one will buy when opportunities present themselves and sell accordingly.

Regards, Wisam

The requirement is not a 3 year audit; rather, the issuer (BII) has to have a "three-year operating history".
