''This transaction gives ISC two major opportunities in one of the fastest growing markets in the
world. Telecommunications reliable than high heat effected silicon based chips and diodes.''

What on earth does that mean?

Mr. Terry further stated '' We believe that cost effective, high speed, reliable Gallium Arsenide based
components are the wave of the future for burgeoning Telecommunications and Computer
industries.''

Yes, Mr. Terry , this statement may very well be true.

It is also true that ISC has not got a stable product that is either cost effective or mass produceable. This is the type of ISSM double-talk us "old" shareholders are familiar with. Juxtaposition of information in such a way that you assume ISC is a company who is in a position to present a product that is "cost effective, high speed, reliable Gallium Aresenide based..."

David, Time will tell if this venture is legit. A sloppy press release should raise the suspicions of some.

People,

Please be very careful. This PR is only a proposal. Nothing has changed and it may be that is actually works against the investors as absolutely no details were even given. Maybe it's good news. Maybe not. Who knows? It seems that the company would have at least made some attempt at letting the shareholders know what this truly means.
