Sorry - I see I missed out on a sentence I intended to put in that post. If you will peruse the S-3 under detail you'll notice that only 2 of the 10 listed got any Series D preferred shares and they only account for a very small part of the total offering and that the rest are of a conventional non-discounted nature. Considering the total outstanding I somehow fail to see how a few percent being at a discount is going to cause any trouble - especially if they decide to hold on to them. Don't poke too hard into these SEC documents or you'll go nuts. We knew the details in the middle of last year - what's new?
