Sorry - I see I missed out on a sentence I intended to put in that post.
If you will peruse the S-3 under detail you'll notice that only 2 of the 10 listed got any Series D preferred shares and they only account for a very small part of the total offering and that the rest are of a conventional non-discounted nature. Considering the total outstanding I somehow fail to see how a few percent being at a discount is going to cause any trouble - especially if they decide to hold on to them.

Don't poke too hard into these SEC documents or you'll go nuts.
