I know there's a lot of questions out there about NetRadio and the filing of the S-1 with NetRadio. I will tell you that we are-we feel relatively comfortable that we,re going to be close to that data that was stated back on, I think it was sometime in early December- December 9Th or December 8th on CNBC,and we feel relatively comfortable with being close to that date. If we file that statement beforehand we will issue a press release,and if it's going to be any significant delay,we will also issue a press release.
