My two shares of Anything Internet (only have 100 shares of BANY) are still totally missing in my Webstreet account. Has the symbol for Anything Internet in your account changed? 8^( Dave D

AnnieO....all BANY, I'm very glad to see these things are being worked out. For what it's worth.....this adventure with the dividend shares has not been the fault of the company.......Believe it....don't believe it....I don't care. Pointing fingers at the company is easy......for those who do not understand the role that the TDC and transfer agent plays. Also.....I have made several phone calls concerning the offer BANY has made to some holders of restricted stock. Calls to the company....calls to IR....... Company insiders are not participating....nor do they have any intention of selling any stock. This offer was made in an effort to reduce the S/O and the float......and avoid costly filings and paperwork for a small number of pre-1996 original shareholders....none of them insiders. It is anticipated that no more than a couple of hundred thousand shares will be converted out of the 1.5 million....and that 1/3 of those shares...will be cancelled in the exchange. This move is not being done to benefit insiders......and insiders are not selling.........They have no reason to.....this is just beginning. bg
