I heard thru the grapevine at work today that Lucent was entering into some sort of licenscing agreement with this company. I checked on Yahoo and saw that RACE had filed suit against LU. severel months back. I find this strange but the guys at work were pretty up to speed on this. Does anyone have any insight. Is this what ran the stock up to these levels. Thanks.
