thanks for all your hardwork. the only point i would disagree with you on is:

3. That almost certainly current idt investors
will get shares in the spinoff, that plus the
power of a mega-partner investor in net2phone
means it could be a monster ipo when publicly
traded.

we can hope, but odds are idtc investors will not get any, but idtc will keep a significant amount and idtc will trade in a tandem with the spinoff.
