I'm seeing 667 and 333 of Series D Preferred = $1M

$1M at $3/share = 333,333 shares - it's right there in (2) and (3)
as 222,333 and 111,000 so I guess I figured it out correctly.
That's hardly anything percentagewise - about .23% at today's total issued.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think what's confusing is the way they used a 200% figure when they came up with the numbers, probably some sort of safety margin. There are also some warrants involved that are included in those upper numbers.
