Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

I feel like I've been misled by management on multiple occasions.

They're likeable people, but I'm not sure they are clued in. i think yesterday's buying was buyback driven. Notice the stock came under pressure after 3:30 pm est? That's when buybacks have to stop.

I'd love to own sdti as a core holding again, but i have three questions:

1) Can these guys be trusted?

2) Can they ever execute consistently?

3) Can they ever get their development organization operating properly?

Roy,

I totally agree with you. Heads should roll. Most of the cynics
on other boards feel the whole thing was planned to facilitate the
3 million buy back at the lowest prices possible. This action shows
me that the CFO is really in charge of this company. If that's the
case, and I hope I'm wrong, all us longs are in trouble!

Spinning off RSA would be a really intelligent move, so don't look
for it to happen.

Long and frustrated.....
