I agree. I've suspected this for a while. IMO, it's why
we're having a tough time breaking 48.

Also, there was an analyst meeting about 2 weeks ago, remember?
All was well at that point, and the purpose of that was
so that brokerage firm could sell stock. I don't think they'd
want to look this dumb after the major selling to institutionals.

This isn't a shake-out, not even a tremor, not even a gust of wind.

200 dma is at 35, make sure that holds before jumping on. Some stocks will trade near fair value ... even in the hot sectors.
Since LU+coms is far down the road if not out of the question, intc+coms doesn't make a lot of sense, earnings are never reliable (also given the 3+% rate of dilution by the executive giveaway program) I'll hold pat with my $0 position.
