I am with Scotia lso - and the only problem with a smaller office is lunch time or when somebody is sick. The regional manger often helps out when it is busy but of course she is slower as she does quickly check the profile etc.

I have had some minor issues with Scotia but from what I have read here it seems like close to the best.

Abbeydale... are you also with the Calgary Scotia office?

I agree with your comments except I find the online even a bit faster most of the time now. I have cable hooked up and the change of orders has been fantastic speed. I have been averaging 25 to 60 sec from the time I hit the enter on an order and see it pop up on the depth in stockwatch. Certainly won't complain with that! If I don't see it pop up on the depth or do not see the transaction go through on my real time, I will sometimes call but that usually only happens when I am doing an ASE fill.

Still have my e-trade account but have found them slipping lately. Good to have a backup though.
