I have been thinking about how you have been obsessing on these so called 10,000,000 shares. Do you realize that everything is relative to the price of the stock. For instance in a normal stock a small investor might buy 500, 1000, 0r 2000 shares of stock. That stock might have 25-50 million shares outstanding. In NPEC the small investor might buy 20,000-100,000 shares. My point is that a stock like NPEC that has 100,000,000 outstanding shares is not so much when people are buying up large blocks each time they trade. Relative to the amount of shares people buy it makes the 100,000,000 shares seem small.
