After initial gap down, CSCO sets higher low and higher high, which is technically in favor of the bull side. It also shows strong support at 110, which is the previous resistance. Without the overall market weakness, you might not be able to see CSCO under 110 in the short term - buying opportunity now.

These investments geared up to branch into the telecoms segment aren't going to pay back
WHY? I always get a kick out of it when people show up on this board with dire warnings, without an explanation.
