That was a sell, Some fund sold out. They sell in a range and the broker prints the price they give to the customer.

joshi - NETA cannot be expected to behave like a normal stock, at least in part because it isn't like a normal company.

The product of the kind of merger-mad recipe of buy-shred-buy-shred-buy-shred ends up like a cake - once it's baked you can't see the ingredients and what's inside is covered up with frosting [accounting].

Someone who knows something about the inner-workings of the company (see Chuzz's explanation of cash flows) is making (and I believe has made, in the past) certain analysts aware of things before the general at-large shareholders find out - we are left in a reactionary position with this stock and it has a volatility that is difficult to predict.
