Actually the timing of an investment decision is at hand. When this SEC stuff settles out and they report earnings, it will likely be good with relief or the bad the the bears have said all along. In either event, to wait means to miss the move to 65 or the short move to 20 or under. To all sitting on the fence heres a chance to take your own DD and make an investment. Good luck.

Mr:

The product of the kind of merger-mad recipe of buy-shred-buy-shred-buy-shred ends up like a cake - once it's baked you can't see the ingredients and what's inside is covered up with frosting [accounting].

Terrific analogy. How thick is Larson laying it on?

Note to Chuzz: you're right on the money re cash flow. Just to help you out a bit, the cash portion of the charges taken for the acquisitions ($339,772 - $219,229 = $120,543) more than covers the difference between operating income and operating cash flow ($210,237 - $92,982 = $117,255).
