They're listening.
As I noted earlier, the Japanese are about to unleash a paper (Govt bond) blizzard that should see a 24 inch accumulation. Japan's deficit, already rocketing along at annual numbers that have never been seen before, will explode more than 20% this year on a y-o-y basis. They own up to the fact that the deficit will likely end up exceeding the GDP by 140%.
