Pat: Thanks for the link. It would seem that AT&T,WCOM and Sprint's global game plan is to install main highway Fibre with the best QoS. This will guarantee them a global source of new revenue whatever the outcome at the lower layers. In addition ,they will only go after the last mile market in those neighborhoods that can afford a Cable modem & the fees that go with it. I am not sure how the RBOC's are going to respond.
