This is indeed good news except for the fact that PRWT starting with the letter "P" is not likely to be forced to report until next year sometime. At that point evidently their ultra vires reasons, buried somewhere in some 432 page unread book will be overcome. We know despite John Schmitz's top priority that investors be informed, that he has thumbed his nose in the past at filing. But we are constantly reassured that this is a good thing, though any light of analysis shows otherwise.
