Hi all, I'am new here. I have been watching this Co. for awhile now. I called Joel Beaglemen yesterday to see what was going on. He said they have about 100 test machines out in the market and the feedback they have been getting is very positive. He also said there is about 31+ mil. outstanding with 26 mil. in the float. This is after all dilution. They used some of these funds from dilution to build up an inventory of machines. Of course he couldn't comment on any upcoming deals but I had a positive feeling from our conversation. I think there is something in the works , but that is just my feeling. I have also heard a rumor (not from the Co.) that someone will be touting this stock very soon. If all of this is old news sorry, I haven't had a chance to read the messages.

Regards

PS. Joel also said that they have all the glitches worked out on these systems now.

It is very plain to see that the company or affiliates of the company are selling stock for working capital. The question is - why, if the future is so bright, would they sell at this level. I think that that can be answered with one word - desperation.

And who is buying? Some entity is accumulating stock. Who and why? If the management thinks no more than they do about the prospects for the company , then who does, and why.

But then again, this management is not known for its capabilities in the "deal" area. They are notorious for making bad deals for themselves and the shareholders. It will be a miracle if they stumble into a good deal and make the correct decision.
