You may well be right here.

There is something major on going here.

Either a buy-out/offer.

Or more likely some major product/financial disaster such as:

K-3 bugs or K7 bugs.
Or some financial irregularity related to Vantis.

In which case $22/share will drop to $12/share again really fast.

I suspect they must issue a press release by end of the day california time at least.

Paul, can you speculate on any synerio whereby this could be good news? How about a silent period before a spinoff or possible aquisition (of or by)?
