Question to anyone....

If I sold short USAT and then it's halted by the SEC and never re-opens, how do I cover my short position?

Does my broker just let me "off the hook" so to speak and keep all
the monies as if I covered at zero?

If not.... don't all the shorts WANT this to trade again? Would be
a heck of a lot of buying to all cover the short positions...right?

The 15c-211 is the key to there being any value to these shares.
Shareholders should familiarize themselves with it at the NASD site.
