Market Orders Up to 5,000 shares $5.00
>5,000 shares $5.00 + 1c per share
retroactive to the first share
(eg commission for an order for 6,000 shares = $65.00)
seems pretty clearly documented to me...

the one cent surcharge was in the agreement, i just never remembered it because all my previous trades were under 5,000 shares. As a result it came a shock to me. I can report that they have made an adjustment after some vigorous complaining so they are back in my good graces once again.
