Neil: I am quickly losing what little respect I had for your analytical ability and reading comprehension skills. The boost had nothing to do with the price of the stock. It has everything to do with certain individuals from the outset on this message board trying to tie ALYA to a seemingly close relationship both business and financial to Motorola and Echelon.

As time has passed significant developments certainly have taken place in the LONworks field. Noticeably absent from the news releases by the obvious industry leaders is any affiliation or acknowledgement by CSI, Motorola or Echelon of any contribution to this new technology by ALYA. Again and I cannot emphasize this too strongly, all associations, all product sales and contracts, all positive news eminates from ALYA and ONLY ALYA.

You keep referring to ALYA as a development company. I have been associated with many development companies. Never have I been connected with one whose stock was publicly traded and yet did not make public their audited financing relationships or private stock sales.
The fact that you are a young company does not excuse you from basic good business information practices. The fact that from day one the only SEC forms that have been filed are 144's all of which have indicated only "planned sales" and none of which showed one insider purchase of stock on the open market.

Since we all know from experience that truth and market price movement are all too often not connected it has not and would not in the future be unusual for the stock price to move up without any real sound reason. Until there is some independent audited appraisal of ALYA's financial and sales picture there really is no price level at which I would consider re-purchasing the stock I recently sold.
