TTP on the Bloomberg : on 1/28/99, Huckel Hubert E. A director of Titan Pharm inc. (TTP) bought 100,000 shares at 2.75... bringing holdings to 100,000. Another director bought 5,272 shrs bringing his holdings to 20,001 (HSU Micheal K.) I assume this is the financing that they said insiders participated on... I hadn't seen the size of the participation before, excuse me if this is old. I think it's also probably worth noting that the price was net to the company (I believe) and so the discount isn't as big as it looks, as it includes investment banking fees. DAK
