If I may...the additional losses (4 confirmed) were reported in the Q4 filing. I have been told in no uncertain terms that they are not systemic failures.

Well, if Iridium pays up the $500 million each year, Motorola will not be harmed at all, except for loss of potential profits. I wouldn't think that 12 sats should fail, but what do I know. I am no satellite engineer. They now expect one failure every two months. I guess we should believe it.
