UIHIA now.

IMHO, the pre-UPC-IPO runup of UIHIA is not yet done.
As for UPC, I have no idea where it will trade (can be anywhere between 35 and 100) - so I cannot really comment on whether I will be buying it or not.

UPC if you can get it through the underwriters at the offering, otherwise UIHIA. UIHIA now is actually a better value than UPC at the offer due to UIHIA other cable business. UPC is around 1/2 of UIHIA, however UIHIA value of UPC share at the offer will ber 77mil X 30 or 2.3 bil
