Those are not initial inclusions! You do need a 50 million market cap or one year of operating history for an initial inclusion. Those facts are clear, directly from the criteria that you posted. Your credibility would be enhanced if you could admit when you were wrong. Responses like this are what makes me doubt you.

Dave, I don't see a address for Datapower anywhere.. The Pr says it was submitted in LA.. The phone number is Vanouver BC... I called the BC operator and she doesn't have a listing for datapower in the 604 area code... And she couldn't tell me who that number belongs to.. Whats the deal here... Who does that number belong to... Are they going by other name in BC...
