Dear Datek, As I wait on a telephone call to you, on hold, I am typing this letter. I have been trying for over a year to complete an internal transfer of my IRA to a Roth. The problem is I still get account statements in the mail from the old IRA account. I do not want to receive these statements. I want to close this account. I feel, 12 months should be enough time to close this old account. About 5 weeks ago a Vice President (wish I could remember his name) from Datek said he would take care of my problem, but, in today's mail, I get another statement! Please, help me. Maybe we can get this resolved before the Y2K bug causes more problems in my Datek account. Thank you. Jim Furley

I am trying to LOGON to Datek now and can't!!!! Anyone else having this problem????
