Hi Patrick. I have one very direct question. Did you take shares of Pacel as part of your arrangement with Calkins? Please understand that the shareholders of Pacel have been scammed up and down re float size and the existence of debentures. Looking forward to a turnaround in credibility for Pacel and we all hope you are the guy to do it. Sincerely, Mark
