XRL is not out by any stretch of the imagination. I am pretty certain that JMAR will have some involvement in the next generations of chip making, whether XRL or EUV. JMAR has its hands in many pots. The XRL point source will make XRL more attractive. Sematech made its evaluation without the benefit of seeing a point source as an option. It makes a huge difference on the attractiveness of XRL.

The nice thing about JMAR is that it is not dependant on XRL for the growth that they project in the next 2 years. That is all JMAR Precision, JMAR Semi and Brightlight business.
