Watcher got kicked out? Bad info again, Ricobuns. Why on earth do you believe Spidey's garbage, after he's lied to you so many, many times? I'd really like to know the answer to that.

rico, in fact the hearing yesterday was a 'closed session'. this "watcher " was in fact asked to leave. it is also true the judge was aware of mitchell's post concerning stevenson & the continuance for this witness was denied . it appears the court is very aware of insider info from the defense attorneys being posted by this fbna group & my understanding is the judge was not to pleased. nevertheless the request for stevenson was denied & the hearing continued as a 'closed' session. of course now we can see that mitchell & shells info must be from 'inside' sources since 'watcher' was asked to leave. these posts have been forwarded to aznt attorneys documenting the information is still flowing to fbna penny stock bashers. as for the other claims that shareholders were/are compensated in "free trading stock", those libelous claims were forwarded also to aznt legal team for defamation suit. it is best to let this pack of liars & stock manipulators to carry on, there undoing is self inflicted. as for the mean spirited & impotent janice shell, she has been revealed for what she is. she is not a shareholder, therefore has not the rights nor status of 'shareholder'. she is 'insignificant' to any discussion in regards to an aznt investment. since she simply cannot admit her 'insignificance' to any conversation regarding aznt, she can not enjoy the status aznt shareholders do. we have 'significance' in any conversation regarding our investment. NO ONE, NO LEGAL BODY, will concede 'bashers' any of the rights shareholders have (because of our 'investment'). she searches for other ways to give herself importance here or some kind of 'elite' status. she searches for dirt, to create 'myths', anything to suggest her elite status above shareholders where it is obvious it is shareholders who enjoy this elite status by way of our investment. this is a bashers big problem. to make us think she is important, to make HERSELF feel important. she is not & this is demonstrated by her need to maKE us & herself think she is important. i suggest we document her lies (as well as her desperation) & patiently wait for the court to render its decision. it is very obvious her knowledge is weak & was only told scattered biased bits of information, even that information can be traced to its source since the second day of the hearing was a 'closed session'. we will all learn what has transpired shortly. again petty little unimportant persons like tonto & janice only enjoy the importance they can con us into giving them. they will be dealt with in the same manner andy mann has been disposed of, in the legal system. let them have this thread, we have our aznt investment. spider
