Has anyone been in touch with Jonathan Small at the company to get his spin on the effect of the drop in OAIS share price? HE went to great pains to convince shareholders that the gambit of merging with OAIS would restore credibility to NUOA. Where do we go from here?

Ted: I dropped by to say you amaze me. At this
well predicted juncture you are still sounding
like the now quiet Ken S and Steve P who
spoke of the asset value of NUOA ie based on
6 to 7 $ OAIS per share plus the infamous "note".
Nasdaq listing was to follow despite absence
of float, assets, cash, sufficient market makers,
board stability et al. The back door move to get
listed hit the holders in the back door.
Now the company that was supposed to build
'credibility' and generate financing for NUOA
totters; quite a set of book ends.
