David, see the Wisconsin Pension fund 13G filing made on Jan.29, 1999. Shows ownership of over 7% of stock. Assume this is report of new position, and filing made as holdings crossed the 5% reporting trigger. Think I saw some of these purchases but at the time I thought they represented buyout interest rather than institutional purchases.

Anyone have info on current institutional holdings to see if this development produced any net change or was just a change from one institutional holder to another?

This is an amended filing so perhaps is not new information. Filing made under provisions of 13d.
