No question about it, Patrick...
I am taking a very hard look at my next broker. You can be sure it won't be a decision based on commission costs. The amount of money I just lost due to WebStreet's negligence would have paid for many hundreds of trades.

JPR, MBT, CyberBroker, let alone firms like schwab e-trade ect. all seem to be giving les service. Schwab is fine if you don't mind waiting for your fills from 5 to 15 minutes. JPR is just to busy to provide service and everyone choice...MBT?, I called them 4:30 CST and there voice recording stated that is was after hours. What? no tech support after 2:30 Calif. time. Two days and I still am not up and running with MBT.
I'm getting really gun shy in trying new day trading outfits.
