Ken, I think a particular plug -in is for your browser, I use netscape, would save ,but would not open file properly. I called Dave, told him I thought the majority of us were experiencing a problem.He will get it straighten out in the morning. Walt

he progably sent it in word 97 and if you are running word 6 you will not be able to read it someone phone him and tell him to convert the file before he sends it
