Ish: Dr. Dean Ornish (the San Francisco cardiac specialist) was mentioned. If you want to live and add good, active years to your life, I strongly suggest you contact him and get a referral to a doctor in your area that understands his program and can help you apply it. Not only will it greatly reduce your heart problems, but eventually may help you get off most or all your medication, while actually helping to reverse the scar tissue on your heart and strengthening it back to pre-heart attack condition. This is all exceedingly good advice. I URGE you to follow-up on it immediately!!! FT
