I feel like "Bud Fox" as he entered the lawyers meeting to learn that BlueStar was being carved up into little pieces. Folks we are being played. Mr Rost is a Fraud. Dave has really pissed me off. Pacel is not answering questions about the reverse split. Let me explain the scenario: Mr Rost and cronies buy shares at .03 They sell at .12 to .15 They keep people in by saying that more news is on the way They then anounce a reverse split to scare the hell out of share holders. Price falls to .02 They start buying again Make some BS PR about "Deals" Get the price up to at least an 1/8 again and sell. Then anounce a reverse split. After the reverse the price goes from $2 to .20 Call in the boys for a buy out for about $300,000 to $500,000. Anounce that the current stock is void and give shareholders warrants to buy shares in the new company at $10 If you don't believe this can happen, talk to some people who have been in penny stocks for a while. They will give you some examples.
