Jay, I am most pleased with the reports. I would very much doubt that the film was a sham -- after all consider who is on the board. They certainly would not want to be part of any sham. This is not to say that there are not considerable risks going forward (and I am 99.9% certain that there are those risks :). However, it is clear that Lev et al are approaching this in a systematic and careful way that I believe has a very good chance of paying off big. mhs
