Hello MMV on Dorsey P&F the Semi Sector has given a sell signal..Bear Alert status, and should turn into Bear Confirmed...soon... it was way ahead of itself at 75%..now at 66%, and going lower..the SOX index has moved down hard as well...

Hi Mohan -- my apologies for not responding earlier I am curious as to how much of a time lag there was between your bad breadth alert to the the point when the sell off began in earnest --- both in 97 and 98. Like I have posted to several people, I have been liquidating trading positions on strength because I do believe that a correction of sorts is in the works -- just a matter of timing. In the meantime, I think that another rally can be expected -- and that should tell the tale in terms of where we go thereafter. Unless the rally is strong with decent breast and momentum, it might even be time to establish some shorts. Let me know what you think
