This agreement is entered into by and between Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., a Utah Corporation and Dr. Domingos Loricchio (hereinafter referred to as Company) and RPD, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as RPD) this 16th day of September 1996. A real sweetheart deal for RPD, wasn't it? I've just spent a little time trying to run 'em down, but can't find a thing. Whoever they are, they don't have a website. I checked the 'Nic for "RPD" and got lots of stuff, but none is the outfit we're looking for. Funny. These days a consulting firm really needs an online presence. Also tried general web searches for "RPD" and RPD, LLC". Zippo. Tried incorporation records for Nevada (yes, I know they're located in California, but that doesn't matter), and again, several possibilities popped up, but they don't check out. Tried a bunch of other things. Still nada. So who are/were they? Is it odd that no names of principals were offered in the filing you cited? I honestly don't know.
