DWEB IR, I am a new investor as of yesterday. A few questions:

I have watched DWEB for a little while now, and felt it was time to own vs. browse on this one. I picked up 2K shares, and will look to add to the position Monday.

I am a software engineer with recent experience in internet technologies, specifically public key infrastructure and virtual private networks. In my VPN workings I have followed industry initiatives related to the Automotive Network eXchange(ANX). My discussions with the large auto manufacturers reinforces in my mind the tremendous opportunity of EDI over IP. I know of no business with a plan to unearth their backend transaction processing systems, that actually process the EDI request. But their is tremendous movement afoot that attempts to replace legacy bysync connections to mainframe based batch systems(old EDI connections), with internet to EDI connections, eliminating the now prevalent EDI VAN(value added networker) role.

Your company is positioned perfectly.

Lest I sound like a DWEB employee, my question is:

What are you doing in the standards arena? I am aware of efforts in the IETF(internet engineering task force) that is attempting to standardize EDI over IP. Are you participating in this, or are you promoting proprietary approaches for market leverage?

What is your long term strategy regarding the underlying technology?
Do you plan to play in the emerging ANX network? Some 40,000 strong suppliers and manufactures of automotive goods.

One last one: does your server side solution (backend connection), support interoperability with your competitors client side solutions?
What is your strategy visa vie industry wide interoperability?

Regards.....jw
p.s. I think this type of investor access directly with the company is tremendous!
