This guy gives the impression of having been caught short and willing to do anything including putting out BS to help clear his position.

As it is now almost half way into first quarter and it still appears that have yet to file a form 10 , a listing in this quarter appears to be not possible. Contrary to what some say a Nasdaq listing is a long and drawn out process ,particularly since last year.It is not uncommon to take 6 months from the initial form 10 filing.
My understanding on late 99 came from a comment apparently made by Tim Richardson I.R. BII

>>>BII hasn't even filed yet, go to Edgar . It will be months even if the filed to day. BII said not long ago they didn't expect to be there till latter part 99<<<

Adamson, again Dougie posts GARBAGE. First, you don't need to file on Edgar to apply for NASDAQ listing. You file afterwards from my understanding. As an example, look at recent listing of RIM (Research in Motion). Search for them on Edgar - they haven't filed yet either and they are trading on the NASDAQ.

Second, Godin has publicly stated end of first quarter. Once they announce an application has been filed they stock will POP BEFORE actual trading on NASDAQ.

Don't let Dougie fool you. He posts GARBAGE, always has, always will. Dougie still doesn't want to play the game of apologizing to me for catching him posting GARBAGE. And, the fun has just begun.

Contrary to what some idiots are spewing, first you file a form 10 to state your intent to sell reg. securities in the US, when and if the SEC approves your application ( 3to 9 months ) then you apply to an exchange usually (1 to 6 wks )for a listing.
