Didn't Jaycor work with Brocade before, and have an OEM agreement with Brocade? If so, and it is true that Prisa worked previously with Brocade, this make the second "turnaround" situation in which Ancor has been involved, and prevailed, based upon the MKII!!!!!!!!

<<JNI chose Ancor's GigWorks MKII switches for their reliability, speed, and potential to
scale to very large enterprise SANs. Scott Ruple, JNI's vice president of marketing,
said, "We are excited to partner with a pioneer such as Ancor Communications. Their
wealth of experience is obvious in the price/performance of their switch. With the MKII
switches as part of our solution, we can now offer a complete Fibre Channel product
for cost-sensitive workgroups." >>

It is VERY interesting to observe that Scott Ruple is also the former Director of Marketing for Emulex and was most recently VP Marketing for G-2 Networks working alongside Roy Sardina...3 years ago, Jaycor used to OEM a quarter speed switch from the HP division that eventually was sold to McData in early 1997.
