The best news is YET to come. Ancor visited with Kinnard institutional investors last week on the east coast ( eg Boston ), not to promote the stock, but to get Ancor on their radar screens. I would not be surprised to see the Company give Morgan Keegan investors a chance to get in next week before certain Tier 1 decisions are made public. At the same time, I would not be surprised to see Brocade unleash 1-2 press releases in the near future. BOTH Ancor and Brocade will have Tier One business and I predict that some Tier One accounts will be shared. Those with a technical understanding of the Fibre Channel industry should check into which OEMs are doing private loop vs public loop first to get an idea of who is likely to win the first round of a particular account. I am not going to get into speculating/predicting specific OEM brand names.

ps - FWIW, John Shaunnessy ( ex-Ancor PR Mgr ) told someone on this thread that he hated issuing press releases on Fridays which made Ancor more predictable in timing their press releases. I congratulate the Company for becoming more unpredictable and for this little Friday "surprise". Now I know they've got some good coaches/offensive coordinators calling the plays <g>.
