Hi Jacob.... It is my understanding that the new ITS equipped automobile will be in showrooms by March. One would guess that we will become aware of the company involved once advertising begins, almost certainly in the next few weeks. As for the sale of Coach and Car, from what I can gather the timeframe most likely is sometime next month. If completed by then, Simula will be able to indicate all terms and conditions as well as accounting factors by the time it files its 10K report (due at the end of March). Have a good day.
