Potter, quit reading my mind!

I have less trouble with the general employee repricing (although being late on Banshee was an issue). I do tend to get a little steamed when the executives reprice.

I feel the general employess have executed well and deserve a repricing. Banshee was late because Ballard decided not to work on Voodoo2 and Banshee in parallel. That said, there is no incentive to be accountable to the shareholders if the execs just reprice their options every time.

If anything I want stock price tied EVEN MORE to the execs salary. In my mind, it looks like they gave themselves a raise without adding shareholder value. Actually, shareholder value declined. I hope somebody nails them at the shareholders meeting on this. It pisses me off.
