agree. i was pissed to the limit yest and it cost me a bundle missing my target (can't prove that. couldn't access the system so etrade doesn't give a sh*t). wanted to close the account by the second yest. but i just don't think mngmt. is so dumb to let it happen again. third time and i'm history. still have dean witter for a back-up.

How long it takes for a market order to execute ?
Today it took me about 3 minutes to execute a market order by the time stock was already down. when I talked to E*trade they told me it's quite natural in a busy day. any thoughts on this ?
