Looks like you all want to make a big deal about the idea that the company may be selling shares. And strictly speaking the company probably isn't selling the shares. But the insiders that control the company sure may be. Who ever it is selling shares, there has been an effective dumping of greater than normal volumes going into the rumored announcement of this interactive shareholders meeting.

Rather than think that the company is selling these shares, it is possibly someone that has lots to sell. Oh, those pesky missing financial filings. How they might reveal the skunk in the gears, that is if they ever get filed.

So you think an "instutional" investor is selling then? Because I doubt that they have been buying as I can see from the joyous looks on everybody's faces here, who the happy buyers are.

Well, let's see .... this hypothesis doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out but let's take a look at the numbers for the week together.

The AVERAGE daily volume for PRWT is..... 3,907.5K... which if you multiply this number by five (the days in this trading week) we should have had somewhere around.... 19,537.5K shares traded for the week..

but.... we saw... a total (ACTUAL) of 51,631.2K shares traded

this is OVER 2.5 times the number of shares that should have been traded. (2.643 to be exact), which translates to about 10-11 MILLION shares traded ABOVE the norm.

Pretend as much as you want, you cannot imagine these numbers away. Unless of course you want to believe that this was MM manipulation that lasted for an entire week, and on no news.

How many of these shares do you really believe were being exchanged back and forth by people eager to buy and sell at a profit when the price didn't move to speak of? How many of you longs were selling this week while you're all waiting for good news to spring at any moment?
