Your right... ISSM just received a little to much hype before the R/S was ever mentioned.. So, it was not received as well by the investors who did not understand the concept.. It is cheaper this way for a smaller public company to go public then do an IPO.. This is the third company i bought into pre-r/split pre-r/merge in the last 4 months. The other 2 I am in are at a 200 and 400% post-split gain as of today... They did not receive any pre-split attention tho.. Whew..
